About Me

My life has always revolved around being active, energetic and as healthy as possible. Whether it was ballet, sprinting, cross country, gymnastics or horse riding. This passion progressed into a love of strength training in the gym, which I have been dedicated to ever since.  Deciding to make a career out of fitness I gained my Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.

I am a Level 3 Qualified NASM Personal Trainer. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research, to ensure the training and advice I give, remains the most efficient and effective possible. I am also a Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique Practitioner, which is a therapy addressing the fascia and muscles.

So, whether you are looking to increase your mobility, improve your overall fitness or simply lose some excess weight and tone up, I am here to help.
