My life has always revolved around being active, energetic
and as healthy as possible. Whether it was ballet, sprinting, cross
country, gymnastics or horse riding. This passion progressed into a love of strength training in the gym, which I
have been dedicated to ever since. Deciding to make a career out of fitness I gained my Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I am a Level 3 Qualified NASM Personal Trainer. I am constantly expanding
my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research, to ensure the
training and advice I give, remains the most efficient and effective possible.
I am also a Vibromuscular
Harmonisation Technique Practitioner, which is a therapy addressing the fascia and muscles.
