About Me

My life has always revolved around being active, energetic and as healthy as possible. Whether it was ballet, sprinting, cross country, gymnastics or horse riding. This passion progressed into a love of strength training in the gym, which I have been dedicated to ever since. Deciding to make a career out of fitness I gained my Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.

I am a Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research, to ensure the training and advice I give, remains the most efficient and effective possible. I am a Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique Practitioner, which is a therapy addressing the fascia and muscles and I incorporate the skills and knowledge I have for this in my evalutions of clients and their training programs.

In March 2021 I completed The Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals course, an excellent comprehensive course, the information from which I utilise in my programs for clients.

I am a Pregnancy and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and help clients with issues surrounding pregnancy, preparing for child birth and how to achieve a safe recovery afterwards. I also help clients with less talked about concerns around prolapse, urinary incontinence and hernias and explain how and why they manifest and how they can be potentially avoided or managed.
