My life has always revolved around being active, energetic
and as healthy as possible. Whether it was ballet, sprinting, cross
country, gymnastics or horse riding. This passion progressed into a love of strength training in the gym, which I
have been dedicated to ever since. Deciding to make a career out of fitness I gained my Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I am a Level 3 Qualified NASM Personal Trainer. I am constantly expanding
my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research, to ensure the
training and advice I give, remains the most efficient and effective possible.
I am also a Vibromuscular
Harmonisation Technique Practitioner, which is a therapy addressing the fascia and muscles.
At the start of 2021 I completed my Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals course, an excellent comprehensive course, the information from which I utilise in my training programs with my clients.
In March 2021 I enrolled on The Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Course. The course will take me a year to complete and as well as dealing with issues surrounding pregnancy, will cover less talked about concerns of prolapse and urinary incontinence, how and why they manifest and how they can be potentially avoided or managed. I look forward to completing the course and helping those that need it.
